This MOU is signed between M/S. Project Technologies Pvt.Ltd. Ltd, Dilshuknagar, Hyderabad and xxxxxxxxx Institute of Science and Technology, Xxxxxx. On this day and holds good upto xxxx-years.

THE PARTIES

Project Technologies Pvt.Ltd is involved in the design and development of electronic based systems and we do extensive research in VLSI, Embedded systems and DSP based systems. Our technological focus is on DSP based embedded solutions for Telecom and Consumer Electronics. We do offer corporate and student training services to impart latest technical advancements into Industry and Academic.

Project a Institute was started during in line with the aims and aspirations. One of the primary objectives of INSTITUTE is “To Spread Education at all levels starting from primary education right up to the University level. Keeping in mind the latest developments in science and Technology and the need for the qualified man power in the identified thrust areas CSE, ECE, EEE, EIE, IT courses are offered in IV year B.Tech at U.G level and M.TECH,MBA and MCA are offered at PG level.


COMMON INTEREST AND AGREEMENT

After studying their strengths and objectives, college and Project Technologies ,agreed that they can share the expertise available at both ends for mutual benefits in the fields of education, training, scientific and industrial research and enter into an MoU. This MoU is applicable to the students and faculty of the ECE, EEE and EIE departments of INSTITUTE and Project Technologies,

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN INSTITUTE AND PROJECT TECHNOLOGIES :

The responsibilities of the INSTITUTE and Project Technologies. under this MoU are detailed below:

• The INSTITUTE and Project Technologies shall extend each other's facilities such as Computers Software, workshops, sophisticated equipments, instruments etc, and library facilities according to rules and regulations of each party as per the conditions laid down by the parties.

• The E.C.E, aaa, bbb & ccc students of the INSTITUTE will perform their project work under guidance of the experts from Project Technologies.
• Exchange program enabling the faculty of COLLEGE to work for short periods in Project Technologies , laboratories and the Engineers of Project Technologies to serve as visiting faculty to guide in the development programs of mutual interest and conduct of intensive courses.
• Design and Development of curriculum in new areas of Engineering & Technology, particularly with short and long term courses in EMBEDDED SYSTEMS,MATLAB AND VLSI which will be beneficial to the faculty of INSTITUTE and Project Technologies .
• Co-ordination with the faculty of INSTITUTE and R&D Engineers of Project Technologies , in order to bring out good instruction manuals, which will benefit both parties.
• Any joint research work can be made in publications and shall be in the name of INSTITUTE and participating Engineers of Project Technologies, and with due acknowledgements to the source of support/sponsors.
• The Project Technologies , will involve in final year project works, by helping to overcome the difficulties in procuring the components, designing and extending any other facilities to finish up the project work.
• The Engineers from Project Technologies , will deliver special Lectures on the current development, which will be very useful for faculty and students to update their knowledge.
• The procedural aspects and responsibilities of the collaboration will be based on mutually agreed terms on case – to – case basis. A committee shall be constituted with the members of faculty of the INSTITUTE and Engineers of Project Technologies , to identify the areas for collaborative programs.

Standing Committee

To facilitate the implementation of this agreement, each party shall designate a liaison officer to serve on a standing committee. The standing committee will meet as and when required. Matters for consideration by the standing committee are to include a review of each party's participation in this agreement, an assessment of the agreement's effectiveness, and modification that might be necessary. As appropriate, the committee will address the urgent issues and specific cases of serious non compliance.

Period Agreement
This agreement becomes effective on the date of signature and continues for xxxx years. It may be modified by mutual consent of both the parties. The agreement may be terminated by any party upon 75 days advance written notice to the other party.

Acceptance and approval of authorizing officials:

so far i tried like this..

firstly i have read an brain tumor mri image,by using 'imtool' command observed the pixels values. now as already we are knowing from input image the location of the tumor i placed cursor at that place and observed the pixels at that place.

but i have many doubts there sir.that is how can i differ tumor located pixels from other pixels in the image and how to highlight that part only.

i don't know what to do from this step. as i am not getting that i moved to edge detection. that to i did not get properly.

i just tried this and i don't that is this is correct or not.
